TopView® from Exele is a comprehensive alarm management and alarm notification software system for monitoring data and events, anywhere they occur. Although rich with features, TopView is surprisingly easy to configure and manage. TopView can often be installed, configured, and managed by the end-user with little or no outside assistance.
2-Way Email-SMS Communication
Outgoing notification messages can be sent by TopView when an alarm occurs. These messages can be sent through email (with optional SSL) or a GSM modem on a cellular network. Incoming TopView messages from Email & SMS can be used to acknowledge alarms, query details on monitored points, and can request HTML snapshots via email.
